iMethod - Application for Allergens in Baked Goods 1.1 for Cliquid Software Kit BOM
The AB Sciex iMethod Application for Allergens screens for the presence
of milk and egg protein in baked goods. The iMethod Application contains
3 tests and a small, 7 spectrum, full scan MS/MS library for the egg and
milk peptides being analyzed. Two of the methods are MRM, ion ratio
experiements - one using the conventional MRM approach and one using
sMRM. The third method uses a targeted MRM approach where full scan
MS/MS spectra are collected and searched against the library. This
iMethod Application comes with a Phenomenex Synergi 4u Hydro RP 80A,
150 x 2.00 mm, (Part no. 00F-4375-B0).
