iMethod Application for Mycotoxin Screening 1.2 for Cliquid Software

The iMethod Application for Mycotoxin Screening includes a total of 3 methods. The first method uses MRM ratios to screen for 10 common mycotoxins. The remaining two methods, one in positive ion mode and the second in negative ion mode, are targeted MRM experiments followed by full scan EPI experiments and library searching. The positive ion mode method screens for over 170 analytes while the negative ion mode method screens for over 70. The MRM catalogue contains over 230 mycotoxins, with up to 6 transitions per compound. The MRM catalogue can be used to create additional custom screening and / or quantification methods. This iMethod Test is designed for use with the Phenomenex Analytical Column, 5 µm 110 Å, Gemini C18 Column, 150 x 4.6 mm (P/N 00F-4435-E0) and the Phenomenex SecurityGuard™ Cartridge Kit (P/N KJ0-4282) with C18 4 x 3.0 mm cartridges (P/N AJ0-4287) NOTE: SCIEX Mycotoxin MS/MS Spectral Library required for confirmation is sold separately.
