Amplifex Diene Reagent

Amplifex Diene reagent is designed specifically to enhance signal strength up to 1000-fold (depending on the analyte) and can be used to specifically derivatize any molecule with a cis-diene system, such as vitamin D3, vitamin D2, and their analogs. With the Amplifex Diene reagent, you can drastically reduce sample size and achieve ultra-low LLOD and LLOQ levels that were difficult, if not impossible, to achieve by mass spectrometry even on the most-sensitive platforms.
  • 5037804: Contains a protocol, 1 tube of Amplifex Diene reagent, and 1 tube of diluent. Each tube contains enough reagent to complete 50 reactions. This kit replaces 5027600.
  • 4466053: Contains hardware components required for Amplifex Diene sample prep. Includes 24-pack C-1000 cartridges, 24-pack S-500 cartridges, 24-pack cartridge adapters, 24 unit rack, and protocol.
  • 4466052: Contains cartridges for Amplifex Diene sample prep. Includes 24-pack C-1000 cartridges, 24-pack S-500 cartridges, and protocol.
  • 4466058: Replacement cartridge adapters (24-pack) for Amplifex Diene sample prep.
  • 4466059: 24 unit rack for Amplifex Diene sample prep.
